Leslie Foti is simply the best. She artfully and judiciously helped us navigate selling our home as first-time home sellers and purchasing our second dream home. She was engaging, responsive to our millions of questions, tech savvy, and a genuinely delightful person. We greatly benefited from Leslie's expertise, connections, in-depth knowledge of the housing market, hustle, and tenacity. Highly recommended!

Leslie was spectacular. It's hard to overstate just how patient, knowledgeable, and intuitive she was when representing us as buyers for a home. Despite showing us A TON of houses and standing by for a few near misses, she never lost enthusiasm, and was always there to take our call and guide us-- which finally paid huge dividends when she brought us a house that we never would have found on our own. So yes, I couldn't recommend her more highly-- as an advocate, as a whip-smart realtor, and as a person who has been extraordinarily generous with her time.

I discovered Leslie on Instagram and hoped my little cabin on a lake was one she'd take on. Thankfully, it was! In our first discussions, she asked what price I'd like to get for my property, then said we should aim higher than that because it was worth it. After setting the asking price where we both felt comfortable, we ended up get considerably more than that - in no small part to Leslie's marketing strategy and reach. We had 40 viewings and 10 offers in the first five days. It was the most thrilling and smooth selling process I've ever had - and I've sold four homes. I can't recommend Leslie enough.

In the most insane market and under the most extreme circumstances, we landed a house that ticked all of our wishlist items *and* came in under budget and under appraised value. In this market!! It could not have been possible without Leslie. She guided us through every step and we couldn't be more grateful. We spent the better part of the last two years looking at homes with Leslie and without fail her recommendations were spot-on. She seemed to intuit exactly what we were looking for and knew all the in's-and-outs of the neighborhood. She would offer her knowledge, point out important pros and cons, and step back to allow us to make our own decisions. We never felt rushed or over-sold. And when we finally landed on the right home, she was our ace in the hole. She guided us in a multiple offer situation and helped us strike a price that we felt comfortable with and a tone that felt authentic to us. You don't always get an expert, a trusted partner, a friendly new neighbor, and a wonderful human in one package. But trust us, Leslie is the real deal.

We loved working with Leslie. She helped us navigate a really tough buyer's market and remained very patient and helpful through some major hurdles along the way. Leslie really understands the local market, as well as the home buying process. We have seen for ourselves and other clients how her savviness and creativity result in huge wins.
