LeRae responded to a request to look at a home for sale. She kept helping me work through delays and other issues that happen with a home purchase. She responded within minutes to texts, etc. When I finally closed, I felt she was as happy with the outcome as I was.

I recently used LeRae again to sell 8 acres of AG property. As always she did an excellent job moving from listed to sold. She has been my realtor for many years and would highly recommend her. She’s knowledgeable and thoughtful. And she’s fun.

We called LeRae when our condo on the lake failed to sell after 9 months, and explained our frustrations with 2 other realtors. She shared her credentials and sales history, visited our condo, and assured us she would do her best to get it sold. Within the week she had staged it beautifully, added pictures to the listing, and scheduled an open house which was well received. We closed this week, just 3 months later, without reducing our asking price! LeRae communicated regularly with me at our new home across the state, patiently responding to all my inquiries about how our listing was progressing. We're thrilled with her service and enthusiastically recommend her.

LERae gave great selling ideas. Researched and compared house prices, for selling prices. The house offer was done within a good timeframe, but problems with the lenders. Lerae helped I that navigation process after everything was done everything came out successfully
