Alice is an honest, patient, and very helpful young lady that is always willing to help out with whatever question that comes up. We, my husband Victor and I, had many questions and concerns with our last purchase. We were buying a rental property in ID while in CA and Alice made the entire process feel comfortable and with no pressure. She made sure we were always informed as the escrow process continued and yes at the end, closing was extended for a few days due to the holidays but we were not in a hurry. We actually preferred the extra few days escrow took to close and this way we had time to read through all the documents carefully and again with no pressure to sign fast to close in time. I would 100% recommend Alice Smith as your realtor and we will hire her again for our next ID purchase!!

Wow! Amy made selling our home such a breeze! This lady is the real deal! Amy was professional and personal! She listened to our wishes, never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured and helped us every step of the way! On top of all this she is super funny and has the most adorable personality ever.
