Kyle did not use any pressure tactics, he was calm and relaxed throughout the process. He was well aware of the market. He also made the negotiation process very easy. He was always available, responding to me quickly.

Kyle was very helpful. He made good recommendations regarding the landscaping. He is knowledgeable in his field, although not totally familiar with the area our home as in, he researched other homes and was able to recommend a realistic listing price. He was able to find a buyer in a short period. Kyle uses his negotiating skills and was able to make the sale happen. His marketing and communication skills are outstanding! I would definitely recommend Kyle.

We have been working with Kyle for almost 3 years. Finally finding our dream home. He was professional and always available for whatever we needed done. As out of state buyers it was nice to have someone local who really made us comfortable with the process and whom we could trust to get things done without us around. Highly recommended!

Extremely professional, would highly recommend Kyle Arnold and use him again. Listing materials and advertising including pictures were exceptional. Prompt responses and kind caring attitude dealing with me, an out of state customer. The only glitch was we dropped the house price $10,000 five minutes before an offer came in, not his fault, but lost significant money. The law office he recommended in Vermont (Marchica Law) went above and beyond, and I am so grateful the closing was so smooth

As a first time homebuyer I completely depended on and trusted Kyle for his expertise and so thrilled I did. Throughout the process Kyle was doing all he could for me, and I ended up with a home that was perfect for me and just what I was looking for!! Kyle was also very quick to respond to my emails and calls, and went out of his way to help with all the details and meetings along the way.
