As a first-time homebuyer, it was not easy to understand the procedure or even some of the vocabulary used during the due diligence period and closing. Julie is not only knowledgeable but passionate about her profession and field and has a way of informing an anxious buyer of the ins and outs so that becoming a homeowner turns out to be a manageable task. I recommend her with full confidence. You need a realtor like her who would not only help you find a home but will help you buy one without hidden challenges and unexpected surprises.

Julie helped me buy my home and then helped me sell it seven years later. She was on top of every detail from purchase to close and then again from sell to close. She is fully committed to her client as she kept me informed on all aspects as they moved forward. Very impressive agent. The reason I used her for both transactions. Would definitely use her again.

Cleve Gaddis and his team are excellent: knowledgeable, professional and productive with three successful closings: sold my house in 2014, sold and bought a house in 2022. Cleve’s radio show is also a great place to learn more and to learn more about real estate.
