Face it. Buying a home is strenuous exercise. It rattles you to your core, but at the same time is so exciting, a real head rush, and a truly bonding experience. Kory realizes and understands this, he never applies pressure, offers sound advice, and he actually spends the time to get to know you. He patiently worked with us through the entire process. We feel blessed and very thankful to Kory as our guide to our beautiful home.

I have worked on several real estate transactions with Kory over the past 2 years and have found "my man" for Idaho real estate. I work in Fortune 500 business contracting space and have high expectations required for professional business. I absolutely believe Kory is a consummate real estate professional and is ideal for this chosen profession. He is very punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and inspiring while on the job. He does not get frustrated. He focuses on the details that are required to complete simultaneous closes ($1M+ transactions) as well as a simple offer for bare land to use as a camp lot for $50K. What I like about him the most is that he can simplify a simple transaction with his relationship skills or drive a team through a multi-deal process. Throughout our nine month process of moving from Northern California to Eagle, we could not be happier or asked for more from our experience with Kory! From our very first meeting at an open house, through the close of escrow, his communication and knowledge exceeded our expectations. He was always very responsive to our questions and concerns, big or small, and we had a lot of them! He worked hard for us with honesty, integrity and care. He even mailed us hand sanitizer, when we could not find any, during the early weeks of the COVID19 crisis! Our takeaway from our whole experience was that Kory always made us feel like we were his most important client. Kory does a great job, he found some very nice properties and is very thorough during the inspection process. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a property in the treasure valley.
