Kelly was more than just a realtor- she became a friend. She was an absolute blessing to have during the home buying process. We knew we were not her only client but we never felt that way. She was so attentive, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. We are so thankful for Kelly and would recommend her to any and everyone. She made our experience seamless and as stress free as possible.

Kelly was paramount im helping us find a home that suited our every want and need. She went above and beyond for months and really looked out for us! Kelly was amazing and extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market. She’s very professional and understanding of individual needs. She will negotiate to the best of her ability and always go above and beyond to try and get you the best deal possible. She works tirelessly to search for the perfect house that fits perfect for you and your family. She takes into consideration your comfort level financially as well as musts in a home. I highly recommend her! She was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using her again next time we buy!

Dealing with Kelly has been a great experience. Our working relationship started about 10 years ago with putting my house on the market. It stayed empty with no hits for a year. She recommended that I rent out the home since the market was not really great at the time. So she hand picked my tenants and I rented my residence for over 8 years with no issues with the tenants. I then contacted Kelly about putting my house up for sale again. She worked really hard with advertising and dealing with the other realtors. She also worked around my old tentant's schedule as they were packing. She was able to find a buyer fast and worked with my lawyer and the buyer's realtor in getting my house sold with minimal problems and for the best price. Also during that time (10 years), she helped my Mom buy her house which is not too far from me. She was very patient with dealing with my mother and was able to get her a house at a very reasonable price where she would be comfortable. I would recommend Kelly to any potential seller or buyer since she knows Vernon and the surrounding areas very well. She will get you the best property if you are looking to buy and will get you the best price for your house if you are selling. Over the last ten years, she was not only my realtor but also became my friend. Thank you again Kelly for working so hard all of these years. I can't thank you enough.
