Words cannot express how grateful I am to GOD to have found Realtor Keith Liverman. I have gone through several agents, and I must say that I am now extremely pleased that not any of them have worked out. Not one agent had demonstrated the high level of: Honesty, Integrity, Skill and Expertise that Keith has shown in such a short of time. These are key characteristics that Buyers and Sellers seek in agents. Keith is a 1 Percenter. I guarantee that there are no realtors that can match him. From the moment we met Keith we knew we had someone on our side. Keith was very helpful and always communicating with us throughout the process. He made us feel comfortable and I will recommend Keith to any of my family and friends. Keith is very knowledgeable and knows this city and properties very very well. He is honest and that's something we really liked about Keith. trust me when I say it, that is hard to find these days. I appreciate everything that Keith did for me and my family and because of him, we have a place to call home. Words can't express how much this man did for us and hopefully this message reaches him. Keith was awesome in helping me sell a property that I needed to sell, and did it timely, even though things changed rapidly once the house was listed Keith was able to roll with the changes and work through the issues. I give him 110 % credit for helping me when I needed it. He answered all my questions, returned calls and was helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a realtor that gets things done and aggressive this is the guy Keith Liverman. I will be using him again with any future listings. I simply can not say enough , A+ recommended.

Keith sold me the houses I have purchased. I have had nothing but positive results with Keith. He was quick responsive and attentive to every detail and kept us updated and informed. Keith is awesome!!!!! Every transaction was smooth. We were updated continuously. All calls were answered or return quickly! Hands down the best realtor I have ever used! He was a pleasure to work with. Keith Liverman made the sale quick and painless. By far the best Agent I have ever dealt with! Keith handled everything.

I highly recommend Mr. Keith Liverman to anyone needing a realtor. I live in New Mexico and he was in California. He kept me up to date and was always available when I called. If he was with another client when, he texted to say he would call back as soon as he could. Mr. Liverman went out of his way to do whatever was necessary. He was patient while we worked to evict a squatter and was present to change the locks, etc. when the house was vacated. He hired workmen to repair damages and refurbish the house, always presenting me with an estimate before work began. The house sold the first day it went on the market for our agreed upon price. I am totally blessed to have had Keith Liverman for my realtor.
