Kay was an absolute delight to work with!! We hired her to help sale my 82 year old mother in laws home so she could move closer to her family in Texas. Needless to say she had her hands full!! Kay was very patient and sweet with our mother and very professional with us. The entire process could not have gone any better and we always knew she had our best interest in mind. I have a wonderful experience working with Kay for my home buying experience as a out of town buyer. She is helpful in every aspects I need assistance from such as from remote closing to taking care of my utilities continuities and help out with inspection, loan needs. I will recommend Kay for any potential buyers in HS region and she is someone you can count on to get the job done on time and worry free.

She knows the market and has the expertise to position your home to its best advantage. Kay has thoughtfully perfected her marketing strategy through years of experience and is the type of person to continually strive to enhance her knowledge so that she can make the home buying or selling experience easier for her clients. You can trust what she tells you! Aside from the business side of things, Kay is just a true joy to be around. She is warm, patient, kind, wise and has a knack of calming frayed nerves and smoothing little bumps in the road (seemingly effortlessly!) She is one of those rare people who make you feel special and valued no matter how many items are on their "To Do" list. Our home sold before it even went live on the MLS listing service because our smart Realtor listed it on Zillow's "Coming Soon" feature. Can't get better than that! Kay Bancroft is a phenomenally talented & gifted professional! She anticipates what needs to be done in advance & communicates every step of the way so that we aren't worried, left wondering, or apprehensive. Every question is answered carefully, and in great detail. Kay is very creative and understands real estate from all perspectives.
