Katie did a wonderful job of helping us sell and buy a house. She had a full price offer on our house in about a week on the market. She was knowledgeable and helped calm our fears the whole way through.

Katie helped guide us through what apparently was a difficult home purchase involving many heirs with a financial interest. Her, and all the people involved in acquiring the mortgage were extremely professional and extremely responsive. Kept us up to date on all developments and ALWAYS had a "Git er done" attitude with a smile ??.
