Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about the area and patiently walked us through the process of buying a home in New-York State. The market was highly competitive and Kyle did not hesitate to show us properties after hours and during the weekend, in person or remotely. Kyle was always available on the phone for questions and advice. He knows many service providers that may be needed to inspect, clean, repair and renovate a house. Kyle was instrumental in preparing a competitive offer that enabled us to get the house that we live in now. Kyle also went above and beyond to help us find accommodations between the end of our rental period and the closing date. Kyle is an outstanding listener. He is very passionate and dedicated to his work. Kyle does a great service to the community through his profession of real estate agent.

Kyle was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and readily available to help throughout the home buying process. We found a wonderful house under his guidance. We are not planning to move anytime soon, but if we do we will certainly plan to work with Kyle again.

Looking for a home from out of town is stressful, but looking from out of state is a daunting process. Kyle understood that our prior homebuying experiences were very different than the experiences of buying a home in Central New York. He walked us through the process, anticipated questions we would have, and explained everything along the way. Despite every challenge—from being outbid to facing adversarial sellers—Kyle kept a positive attitude the whole time. Kyle gave us some solid advice that allowed us to back out of a contract after an unfavorable appraisal. Kyle’s ability to anticipate problems saved us. If you’re looking for an agent who has a positive attitude, is responsive, and who knows the process well enough to protect his clients, you can’t do any better than Kyle.

We were looking for a horse farm in the Fingerlakes region for over a year and a half. When we finally found the property we wanted to make a move on, Kyle was great and very supportive throughout the entire process. We made a huge cross country move from FL to NY and had some last minute issues come up with the seller and Kyle did everything in his power to advocate for us and help us get to the finish line. He is a fantastic realtor and the kind you want on your side as a buyer. I will most definitely be hiring Kyle again when the time comes to buy more properties in this region.
