Let me start out by saying that I was frustrated with White Mountain realtors who didn't make time for me or didn't answers phone calls, so I was a skeptic. I called Kathy after finding them on Zillow and told her I wanted an agent who had time to represent me. Kathy and Wayne Gardner went above and beyond. I made my own list of several houses to look at and she brought a list as well with my parameters, thankfully. I ended up purchasing a home that was on her list. Kathy and Wayne work as a team and bring a good dynamic to their client. First off, they know the White Mountain area and can advise. They have good connections in the White Mountains i.e. lenders (Guild Mortgage). Wayne is valuable to have when looking at homes because he knows proper construction and can point out any electrical issues and is just a good opinion to listen to. He also took the time to show me how to operate my wood pellet stove and how to winterize the home. Kathy was always very quick to respond to my requests, quick to address the sellers agent and communicated via current technologies: email, text and phone. This is a strong team that I highly recommend if you want a no non-sense purchasing experience and if you are selling your home in the White Mountains, I guarantee you will get the same respect and time they gave me. Look no further for an agent.
