Karen Baldridge was my realtor during my home search and purchase in North Port, Sarasota County, Florida. I was extremely pleased with Karen’s service, as she provided a very personal touch and expertly guided me through the entire process, particularly when it came to purchasing a new home. She acted as my representative, personal assistant, and advocate, interacting with multiple parties including Adams Homes representatives, realtors, and title issuers. Karen was an invaluable resource at every step of the way. I highly recommend working with her, especially if you’re buying a new home, new construction, or simply looking for real estate in the area. She is truly a great realtor, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Karen was the best realtor we have ever worked with, hands down. She was so attentive to our needs. She helped us sell and buy our 2nd and 3rd homes. She got us top dollar for our home, more then other realtors in the area said they would get for us. She also was able to get an offer in on our new home within 24 hours of it being listed and got it secured. She was always on top of things. She was so easy to work with and contacting her was never an issue. We recommended her to many of our friends and they worked with her as well. If you want a professional in the real estate business, Karen is the person you want. She will not disappoint you!

Karen was absolutely amazing! I lived in Pennsylvania so I didn’t know any Relator’s in Florida. I found Karen through UP Nest and we instantly clicked. I trusted her to tour homes for me. I was willing to buy a home sight unseen. Karen always had my best interest in mind. If a house was not up to her standards she would say “no way are you moving here!” She worked her butt off for me. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Karen is a phenomenal realtor. She cares deeply about her clients and will go to bat for them. Karen is so dedicated to her clients. She works with integrity and honestly. She is generous with her time and is willing to do about anything for a client to help them get top dollar! She is seriously the best. She has the biggest heart. Bonus: You will feel like you have known her for a lifetime! You most likely will become friends in the process! I refer everyone searching for a home to Karen.
