Between the two of us, my husband and I have bought and sold numerous homes. There hasn't been another realtor who is better than Karen! She exceeded all of our expectations and made the experience of selling our home the most pleasant of all of our transactions so far. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful and tense but Karen and her team created an incredibly positive experience for us. In fact, the most positive to date. From the moment we met Karen, she set herself apart through her professionalism, knowledge and preparedness. She made us feel very comfortable and confident that she could help us successfully sell our home. And she did and within the first couple of days we had it listed. Even if it had taken longer, we would feel no differently. She will go above and beyond to help you with your transaction and will be completely honest with you about the property you are buying or selling. Karen offers services that surpass that of other agents. In our opinion you will not find a better agent. If we could give her 10 stars, we would! Karen is a great realtor. She helped me sell my house. She is very patient, and she really has a good understanding of what buyers are looking for; Pricing, valuations and presentation including staging. She is really good at marketing, and I highly recommend her.

Karen and Katherine were amazing to work with for my entire home buying process. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Atlanta area, willing to show me places everywhere from Cumming to Midtown to Marietta to Duluth. As a first time home buyer, they explained the process easily, held my hand throughout the entire process, and were incredibly patient as I waited to find the right home. Couldn't recommend them enough as an agent!

Karen was fantastic. Her knowledge/expertise of the area was impressive. Wow!!! she was able to put my house under contract 3 day after it was put on the market. Very professional, helpful, and quick to respond. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Her marketing strategies were invaluable. Plus, she did staging for FREE. Highly recommended!
