There is not enough praise that I could ever give Gerard. I’ve worked with a couple of real estate agents in the past, but I have never known someone to be as diligent with their work, as responsive, and as invested as Gerard. Recently, my family had to move to a temporary rental property due to the landlord of their prior residence putting the house up for sale last minute with little notice. Gerard understood not just the urgency of us needing to find a new residence, but also completely took into account what would be best suited for my family, keeping our personal likes and dislikes in mind, our price range, and our elderly cat being a non-negotiable factor (which he was able to negotiate with more than one listing agent on!). He was beyond able to deliver! It was the second property on the very first day of viewings that we fell in love with! And he sealed the deal for us in an exceptionally timely manner. He laid out potential negotiations if X didn’t get us in the door, we would propose Y, and maybe Z (to our comfort level and always ran things passed me before going into a potential negotiation). He was very communicative with not just myself, but with the listing agent for the property we were very interested in, and maintained a level of ease and was very punctual in his responses. He always makes you feel like he’s working with you and not for you, offering a lot of advice and giving tips about things that I would never have thought about. I have nothing but the highest of praises for Gerard and we are looking forward to working with him again very soon on purchasing a property when this lease is up. He is efficient, personable, on truly cares about his clients. Relatives have also now taken him on as their real estate agent after seeing the results we got working with Gerard. I have no plans of ever working with another agent any time in the future. His motivation and care is unrivaled.
