Justin is simply THE BEST!! I absolutely loved working with him to find my ideal home in Ashland. From our first call to picking up the keys, every interaction with Justin and his team was so professional, friendly, and helpful. I always felt like a VIP client and was never rushed or pushed into decisions. I felt like Justin and his team (awesome family members!) had my back every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to take impeccable care of me, especially seeing I was an out-of-town buyer. (I only came to Ashland for a few days in April hoping/intending to find a home to make an offer on. I gave Justin all my criteria ahead of time, and I was over the moon when he helped find my ideal home!) Everything went so smoothly and I am beyond happy to have relocated to Ashland from San Diego now. THANK YOU, Justin & Team. You rock!

Justin really went above and beyond helping us find our new home and sell our previous property. He helped us purchase our very first house several years ago and, when the time came to move, he was the only agent we wanted to work with. He is very knowledge about the local real estate market and helpful in every step of the way. As first time sellers, we had a lot of questions and Justin always took time to explain the whys and hows of the process. But Justin is more than just a fantastic agent; we had a family emergency come up in the middle of selling and Justin took care of everything for us so we could focus on our family. I would recommend working with Justin to any and everyone thinking of buying or selling their home.

Justin is one of the most professional realtors we’ve ever worked with. The knowledge, experience and compassion he has makes these stressful transactions smooth and easy. Not only does he know his stuff, but he also treats all parties like human beings, which goes very far these days. If you’re looking for a Realtor who will go all the way for you whether you’re a buyer, seller or both, I give Justin 10/10. He’s the only Realtor I’ll ever work with again.

Justin did a fantastic job of finding me the perfect retirement home and negotiating effectively and fairly on my behalf. I could not be more pleased. He is very knowledgeable about available homes and was honest in his assessment of the home we looked at. He was also very knowledgeable of the market influences, inspectors to help us through the process, and service referrals that I would need during and after my purchase. He and his colleagues at Ashland Homes were all incredibly gracious and helpful. I highly recommend Justin and Ashland Homes.

Justin is, without question, the best realtor we've ever worked with. He was recommended to us by mom, who sung his praises, and now we understand why! He's honest, knows his stuff, and always keeps you in the loop. We'd use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
