Augusta was amazing to work with. My move was a significant downsize that was complicated by challenging timelines. Augusta was instrumental in keeping things on track and running from day one! Within three weeks of meeting, the house was listed and we had several great offers. The key to this was her knowledge in pricing and negotiation. Additionally, when we hit a bump in the road, she was reassuring and had outstanding follow-through. She was very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend her!

Kimberly did a fantastic job with helping us through the stressful process of securing a rental. She is very personable and is a skilled negotiator. She was very knowledgeable of the area and listing--above and beyond the other brokers I had worked with--which was very appreciated. She is highly recommended for anyone else looking for a listing/apartment.

Augusta was a tremendous help in us funding our dream home. She was always there night or day to respond and roll with our schedule. She was fantastic dealing with my husband and his "quirks" when it came to his insane questions. And when things went things went a little crazy during one house inspection she had our backs the whole way afterwards. She's one of the good ones. Thanks Augusta!

Chris was nice, very patient & super helpful. Also he was able to help solve any issues I dealt with during the home buying process. He is very knowledgeable of the market and understood what I was looking for in a home while keeping me within my budget. I would definitely recommend him if you were looking to buy or sell a home.
