Johan was amazing to work with. House shopping from a distance in this tough market could have been a challenge, but he made it easy. He tuned it to my needs and wants straight away and was candid with the pros and cons of each property. His recommendations on offer prices were balanced, and he was on top of everything, all the time. Communication was excellent, he worked quickly and he ultimately found me a home that checked all my boxes. He guided me through the closing process, helped with the small details during and even after closing given I was new to the city, and even came by, plunger in hand, to help me with a little plumbing snare after I moved in. The level of service and care were above and beyond what I expected, and he was a joy to work with. Highly recommend - a true gem!!

Jenna is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. She is detail-oriented and experienced. Jenna has made it possible for us to manage our rental property from out of state with minimal hassle and we feel confident that everything is running smoothly in her capable hands. She is a good communicator who keeps us informed of her progress while being proactive and independent at the same time. Best of all, she interacts nicely with the tenants so everyone is happy.
