John is the perfect Realtor for a buyer or seller. He knows the area and the people here. He is honest and truly interested in a positive outcome for all involved in the process. He is very knowledgeable about potential pit falls and we work to make sure there are no problems. We have bought and sold many properties with John and would not think of using anyone else.

I bought my first home from John on October 8th 2013. John has lived on or around the island for well over 30 years and knew everything about it. He helped me get everything I needed to buy the home, correct, and AHEAD of schedule so that I could move in and make this my true home for the next 5 years, or so. He was extremely friendly, nice, and professional. A month after I bought the house, I needed some advice about the island and John was more than happy to help me out. That kind act was the ultimate satisfaction factor to me. Being just 26 years old and very novice to the home buying experience, I was stress free for most of the process and I am very, very satisfied.

I have personally know John for many years and have the upmost respect for him personally and professionally. When it came time to sell our home he made the process stress free . If any questions or concerns came up before closing he addressed the issues with ease. He is a great home town agent and would recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.

John represented us on 3 separate occasions as both a buyer's agent and a listing agent. Each time we found him to be professional, friendly, and able to guide us through the sometimes difficult process of buying or selling a home. The last transaction, that of short selling our home, was fraught with difficulties. John was able to guide us, and find additional professional expertise to help expedite the frustrating and confusing process of a short sale. John has made a real effort to keep up with the most current laws and regulations, and was always quick to respond to us whenever we had questions.<br/><br/>Since John grew up here, his knowledge of the Fernandina area is thorough and detailed. I would recommend John Stillwell highly to anyone wishing to purchase or sell any real estate in the Fernandina or Yulee area.

I've exclusively utilized John with my real estate needs for the last decade (purchasing and selling multiple properties). He is responsive, personable, and genuinley honest with solid ethics. I don't foresee ever purchasing or selling a piece of property in the Nassau County area without his counsel or representation. Thanks John.
