John is the consummate professional and an exceptional broker who put's his client's interest ahead of his own. We know this first hand because he found us a buyer a year before we actually sold our house. The buyer was prepared to go into contract but we didn't feel we were ready. John was completely understanding and did not pressure us to sell. Rather, he waited patiently until we were ready and by the time we were the following spring, he sold our house at Open House at better than the price we expected. John is a pleasure to work with, truly a nice man, and is very knowledgeable about the market. He gave us critical pointers on where to spend our money to get the best bang for our buck, and it worked!

John is very friendly and easy to work with. His professional advice is very helpful and right at the point. He always kept us up to date of the progress of the sale in the entire process. He is also very responsive with our queries. We are especially thankful of getting a contractor thru John during a busy season. The contractor got our house ready so quickly in July that we can catch the late summer market. After 5 days, we got many offers and chose a very solid one at a level much higher than our expectation. Thank you John. We are blessed to know you.
