Working with John was a great experience! He helped us find a great house in 2020 when finding a home in Bullhead City was difficult! We were new the to the area and was always a wealth of knowledge, making us great recommendations on services, contractors, etc When we decided to relocate back to the east coast, it was a no brainer that John was the one to help us do that! He started the prep work but our home wasn’t listed until after we left the state and he took care of everything for us! He presented our selling options to us regularly and we sold in less than a week! Highly recommend Joh.

John was referred by another seller and was glad he was. John was very professional. John was honest on telling us what needed to be done with the house to get the most for our house. He was very helpful and thorough throughout the selling process due to us never selling before. John was always upbeat and positive through every conversation, We were glad John was part of this process with us. We could not of done it without him

If I could give John 10 stars I would! He has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of our vacation home purchase. I have been working with him for about 2 years. He has patiently waited while we got our Preapproval in order and in the spending bracket we needed, to get what we wanted. He never made me feel as if I was wasting his time, which I’m sure I did in the beginning stages. I ran this man around from one end of town to the other doing FaceTime tours until I figured out the what side of town I wanted to be on. Never once did he give me a hard time. He was always available! I probably drove him nuts with my early morning and late night texts. When I saw a house list, I sent it to him immediately and he’d set up a tour same day or the next day and we would put our bid in right away. I value and appreciate his opinion and suggestions.... Good thing or I would have bought a dump compared to the beautiful vacation home I have now. We are in awe over our Laughlin Ranch home and are forever grateful to John for his service!!!

We initially reached out to John on a Saturday about a home we were interested in purchasing. As we were an out of state buyer, our availability to view the home was limited but John was able to squeeze us in and show the home the following day. John was very knowledgeable about the local market and we were convinced we wanted him representing us on the purchase of our new home. During the entire process John communicated well and left us feeling things were being well taken care of. The transaction went smooth and we have since listed 2 of our other properties with him. The first sold within 2 days and the other (bare land) is currently in escrow! We could not have asked for any better representation as a buyer or a seller. John has been top notch!
