My husband and I recently had the pleasure to work with Joelle Meintzschel as a buyer’s and sellers agent. Joelle very much impressed us with being professional and knowledgeable in her field. From the time we started to consider selling our house, she gave us sound, honest advice. Throughout the buying process, Joelle was always available and was very proactive in finding out the answers to our questions. When we were ready to sell our home, Joelle was meticulous in staging our house. Joelle supported us throughout the entire process and helped take the stress out of buying and selling our homes. I cannot recommend Joelle enough. She made my first home buying experience smooth even in a remarkably tough market. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people she works with. We got the perfect house for us, and Joelle was even able to help us negotiate a lower price. She is also incredibly helpful with suggestions on improvements to make to the house to increase value and on people who may be able to make the improvements. Overall, she secured the perfect house, saved us tens of thousands of dollars, and was a pleasure to work with.

I was looking for a realtor to buy my first house, so I did a lot of research to find a good realtor. There were a lot of great options, but Joelle stood out from the rest based on her experience and online reviews. I'm so glad I did that research, because it made all the difference in my buying experience. Joelle made the whole process go so smoothly. She explained every step along the way and answered all of my unending questions. She was very efficient and meticulous. I'm certain if it was not for her, I would not have been able to buy the dream house I'm currently moving into. She is very kind and hard working. I highly recommend her and am very fortunate to have gotten the pleasure of working with her.

My wife and I were looking for a lot from a house in a certain price range. Joelle worked with our price range and and time frame, our current lease was coming to an end. She worked diligently to sgow us listings and provide a great amount of info about each house we looked at. She even reached out to the selling realtor with any additional questions we had. After a few weeks of looking our dream house came on the market. Joelle reached out to us the same day it listed, and excitedly showed us the house and helped us make the first offer. We were able to make a few negotiations based on the home condition and ended up the a greater starter home than we could've ever imagined. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Charlottesville area. Especially to first time home buyers. She broke down the process so clearly that it was a breeze.
