We feel so fortunate we were able to work with Joe to find our home in the east mountains! We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, patient, and attentive agent. Joe really took the time to get to know us and took things at our pace. It was obvious that his number one goal was to help us find a home that we would love and would be good for our family. As first time home buyers, he went out of his way to explain all aspects of the home buying process. Besides being a fantastic realtor, Joe is extremely personable and just a joy to be around. Joe is a realtor that you want in your corner. He worked very hard for my best interests and he negotiated a great purchase price for the house. He and his team kept in constant communication, providing me updates and status checks. This was much appreciated. Finally, his team ensured the paperwork process went smoothly, efficiently and timely. I hope for the opportunity to do business with him in the future.

Joe Marotta and his team were absolutely instrumental in the listing and sale of our home and subsequent purchase of our next home. Joe and his team provided the guidance we needed to get our home market ready and to get the true value of our hand built home. They negotiated on our behalf as both our listing agent for our home and as the purchasing agent for the home we bought. Joe and his team were consistently available and supportive. I truly do not think we would have been able to make the move without their guidance and support. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We were just starting to consider moving to the area and were disappointed with the properties we were seeing. My wife and I got Joe's name from the internet. We contacted Joe and told him what we were looking for. We explained the best ways to meet our needs and satisfy us a customers. Joe went right to work. Joe has extensive knowledge of the East Mountain Area. He researched property values to guide us to an offer. We decided on a Manufactured Home in the area we liked the best. Joe kept us appraised of the processes that were involved with Manufactured Homes. The Listing Realtor was from Albuquerque and lacked knowledge of the area and the processes. She was a hindrance to us. However, Joe shared his knowledge to facilitate our purchase. The closing was later than expected. We probably wouldn't be buying this home because of State and County SNAFUs. However Joe made it happen. In the end we got a new leeching field for our septic system and the appraisal came in $20,000 lower. (Joe told us it would.) We are pleased with the outcome and Joe made it happen.
