Joan is true professional. She knows real estate and she has so many contacts to take care issues as they pop up. I have used Joan as my agent for selling 3 houses and I will use her again if I need to sell another house

Joan helped us find and purchase a house in Bowling Green. She was perfect for us...very patient, extremely responsive, and she found properties that really suited our needs and requests. She made the entire process easy and understandable. I should also mention that we found Joan through a friend who had a similarly positive experience. Joan was absolutely fantastic in our home search! We were first time home buyers and needed an agent who could provide guidance and maintain a substantial amount of patience. Joan did both with ease. She was always very responsive (usually within 30 minutes to an hour), whether via email, text, or phone. She set up showings promptly and answered any and all questions and concerns we had through the process. We are so happy with our new home - the process was smooth and easy, which was wonderful! Thank you Joan for helping us with this huge life step!

My husband and I have worked with many agents in different states and when we moved to Bowling Green and first met Joan, she quickly surpassed any other agent we have ever worked with. We have had the privilege of working with Joan as a selling and buying agent in 3 transactions. 2010-2014 We are currently in Colorado and before moving here she took time to sit in her office with me and actually found the home she knew we would love and sure enough that is the one we bought. We will soon be relocating back to BG and Joan has already been sending us what we need and viewing properties. Joan is VERY respected and WELL liked within the entire real estate community, not just in her own office but with agents from other companies. She is always available 24/7, through either texting or calling. I have never met such a people person who REALLY exceeds customer service, Joan did not just become our agent, but truly a GREAT friend. She really is the BEST! You won't be disappointed. :)
