Kelly was a wonderful realtor and it was an amazing experience working with her. She helped us sell over list price and did an amazing job in the staging process. The pictures looked so great that I wanted to move back in. ?? Her communication was truly perfect. I cannot think of one negative at all.

Kerri was truly exceptional and we were lucky to have her! She made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. She was always available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible. We found a house that was just listed and met her the next morning to look at it and had an offer letter ready to go. She pointed out items of interest at every property we looked at that I would not think of, such as looking at the manufacturing dates of the a/c unit and furnace. I’m not sure how you can have a better agent that Kerri and if we every sell or buy another home, we know who to call!

All I can say about my experience with Kerri -- PHENOMINAL!! Kerri devised a solid strategy for selling my mom's house using the private listing, staging and public listing. After 2 days on the private, we received solid interest for 4 showings, resulting in 2 offers at and over asking before even staging the house! Before I knew it, we were at closing about 18 days after our original listing!!! My experiences with Kerri are best summarized as professional, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and flexible. I would highly recommend Kerri for your real estate needs!!
