Worst realtor I ever delt with. I wanted to put an offer on a house. He contacts me on a Sunday for the info, I give it to him. He says he would put an offer contract together to send to the seller. He never did on Sunday (almost understandable because it's Sunday, but don't say you will if you won't). Monday comes around, and the seller accepted a different offer. Now the house is contingent. I email him to see if he let the sellers agent know they had an offer coming from me, no answer. Even if he knew it was going contingent, he should have let me know. I would have moved on another house. Now three houses I was looking at in that area are gone because of him dragging his feet.

Jeff was truly a breath of fresh air. My business partners and I were looking for some properties to pick up pretty cheap and turn into rentals. He was very professional yet down to earth. Very knowledgeable with the area of Rockford and surrounding areas and really knew what he was talking about. He showed up very prepared and found us a couple great deals on some duplexes. If you want someone that knows the market and knows what to look for, I would give him a call! We will definitely be using him again!

I set up a walk through with Jeff at 11:00 am. 11:00 rolls around and no Jeff. 11:15 still no Jeff. So I call his phone and leave a message. I then wait until 11:30... I call the office and they can't locate him. Very unprofessional conduct. No call and no show. Still no word from Jeff

Mr. Robertson and I just did not work out well. He does not return calls, nor did he keep me informed. I had to call the managing broker of his company to get my questions answered and to let him know that his agent was not staying on top of things. Buying an out of state home is stressful enough and when you do not connect with your realtor, it can be extremely un-nerving.
