Jeanne is very professional! Her experience shows! She offered ideas that would best show our home, and we were glad that we heeded her advice. She is a great listener and communicated concisely with us , keeping us informed on the progress of the sale of our home. We were always in the loop. When we needed to reach out to her, she was always available by phone, text, email, or in person! Having Jeanne as our agent was a wonderful experience!

We had the pleasure of listing and selling our home with Jeanne Martin in April 2021, with her many years of experience in the Valley Springs area she has access to all the contacts and services required to ensure a smooth sales process. We were out of the area during most of the sale and left all the details up to Jeanne, from water heater replacement, house cleaning, carpet cleaning and septic inspections she took care of everything for us. From accurately and fairly pricing, advertising to closing the process was efficient friendly and low stress. House closed 36 days after being put on the market. We met Jeanne Martin a few years ago when we first listed our property in Calaveras. There was very little movement with land sales at the time and we were not really in a hurry to sell so we pulled it out of the market. After retiring, we decided to sell some of our properties. So a year and a half ago Jeanne listed our property again. She kept us updated by providing a monthly progress report and corresponding with us as needed. She has an excellent knowledge of the market and we relied on that. We trusted her judgment and advice. We felt she had our best interest in mind. The process from the offer to the closing went very smoothly and efficiently and we credit that to her professional expertise. We’re very happy on how the sale was handled by Jeanne.

She was very helpful, kept me well informed in every stage of the sale of my house. Went above and beyond. Provided some moving boxes, gave me leads on someone to help with repairs. My house sold quickly and at the asking price.
