I had listed my home on Fizber (For Sale by Owner). Fizber offered the opportunity to have a Realtor come by with pricing and other information. Ms. Mansour came by. She really seemed to know what she was doing. I appreciated the fact that she did not pressure me into listing with her even though I was opting to try to Sell on my own. A few months later I contacted her to become my agent. We were communicating mainly through text messages. I asked her to send me a contract and she replied that she was "drawing it up now." At 8:30pm that same day I still did not have a contract, but she had already put her For Sale sign in my yard. I emailed her letting her know that I did not have to sell my property and that when someone says they are going to do something than I expect it to be done and that I was not going to beg to have her business. She returned my email saying that she had a family emergency (mother). I received the contract later on that evening. I replied telling her that she simply could have texted, "Family Emergency," and I would have understood the delay. The next day I texted her, "I'd like to start over with you..." I only ask that a Realtor respect my home and my wishes. I asked for ONE particular thing to be done when a Realtor leaves my home, especially my own Realtor. To turn up the temp. of my air conditioner to 80F. I am gone from home two weeks out of every month. It's a complete waste of $$ to pay to cool a house when no one is there. Ms. ManSour replied, "Understood.." After her last morning showing I asked my Fiance to check on my home. The thermostat was set on 75F and lights were left on in the basement and upstairs. Seriously? He also could not find my "For Sale by Owner Sign." I was very displeased and texted Ms. Mansour about my findings and included that I would charge her $20 each day I found my home lower than 80F. She texted back that she thought she had turned off every light and hadn't touched the thermostat. Even though she had understood my request she didn't even bother to look to see what the temperature was before leaving. It would have taken her a whole five seconds. Just pure laziness. She also texted my Fiance prior to letting in another agent, "...you can stay outside or in another area..." Seriously? How rude! Who does she think she is? She texted me, "... I honestly don't think this is going to work..." She was darn right on that one. I asked my Fiance to find my "For Sale by Owner" sign which I had paid $45 for. It was no where to be found. Ms. Mansour had taken it off my property and had it in her car. Really? I received a "Voided" Contract and now can move on to a more professional Realtor.

Fast, Efficient, Responsive, Able to resolve issues as they develop and morally sound as a team would be only a few of the ways to describe Libby Adkins and Jeanette Mansour, realtors with Old Colony Realtors. We met with Libby on May 29, 2015 and signed a contract with her on Monday, June 1, 2015. Libby guided my wife and I in establishing a price for our home based on sound knowledge of the market in our area. Her expert help supported by Jeanette gave quick results in that our home sold three days later. The two worked as a team to get our home quickly on real estate web sites with pictures of both interior and exterior. With seven showings in a two day period and an open house scheduled for the first weekend of our listing with them, the house sold. We could not have enjoyed a better experience and have made numerous recommendations to our friends and family.

Libby and her assistant Jeanette were the best I have seen in this area. Had my house under contract within 2 weeks of taking it. Quick to respond to questions and such. Highly recommend. Thank You So much Libby.

Libby and Jeanette were life savers when I decided to relocate from SWFL to WV. Libby was on a mission to find me a house and have it closed in one month and she was successful. She went over and above what most real estate agents do. Not only is she my real estate agent but a friend also.
