We used Janice as our realtor to buy a house before we ever moved from Cali. She sat with us, answered all out questions, took down our long list of must haves, and planned video showings at all hours of the day to accommodate us. She was honest and thorough. She made the craziness of moving across the country and buying a home a little less crazy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. She is more then a realtor, she's become apart of our Air Force Family.

Janice was excellent! Very quick to respond and kept us updated on everything. We purchased our Georgia home while still living in Arizona so she did video walkthroughs with us and figured out how to handle all the closing paperwork. Best realtor we have ever worked with!

Janice was amazing! She worked hard to get our home sold and uses all the updated social media sites to do it. She makes sure to represent you and your home well when selling. She is highly professional and willing to listen to you and your questions. She had an offer on our home with in 2 days of it coming on the market. I can’t thank her enough for all she did.

Mrs Janice is truly amazing. She was very helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. She kept us posted on everything that was going on and ensure we'd love the home we bought. Having her as a real estate agent was truly a blessing and an amazing experience.
