Janet showed us many properties and was always extremely flexible with our schedules. She ultimately found us our forever home of which she also happened to be the listing agent. She went above and beyond to ensure both parties were well represented and that we were both extremely satisfied with the final agreement. Janet was right there with with us through the entire process in just over 30 days had us closed on our new home. Everything went much smoother than what we could possibly of imagined. 5 Stars all the way.

I find it strange that this agent would get such great reviews, when we had a completely different experience. We found her to be unresponsive, incomplete and a poor negotiator. I would definitely avoid listing a property with her.

Janet has been my 'go-to-agent' twice in the past 10 years. In 2005, after my children were off on their own, I decided to downsize. She spent time with me and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for. With her help, I found exactly what I was looking for; and not long after that, she had sold my current home. I lived in my little bungalow until this past spring when I realized it was time to up-size....my children were married and having babies. So, I again turned to Janet, who (again) spent time with me and had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for; It took some time, but with persistance she found the home I am in today... I couldn't be happier!
