We listed unimproved land with Tracy after our prior contract ended with NO showings. We had the 2nd offer (which we accepted) by the 2nd weekend. Tracy walked the wooded property with prospective buyers and pointed out features. We were very pleased with her services.

Working with Tracy was such a blessing from start to finish. She made sure that every step was a cake walk. Tracy is very professional and hard working, she is very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Tracy. We bought undeveloped land near Citronelle Al. that Tracy had listed. Our property purchase working with Tracy went very smooth and was very positive. We have closed on the land and have our home for sale and listed with Tracy, it is currently under contract and we couldn't be more pleased with her.

Tracey was a tremendous help purchasing my new home. She went above and beyond meeting my out of the normal needs. She would spend hours every day helping us get in the house in less than a week. With out her dedicated help in our time of need we would not we would not have had a place to live for several weeks until we could have found something else. We were very thankful
