Tracy did an outstanding job at helping us in our move from Colorado to Alabama. She knows the Alabama area well and was patient with us as we figured out exactly what type of home we were looking at. She was very available to us and prompt at responding. Tracy contacted us after I sent an email asking about a particular property. Right away I knew I was going to love working with her. She made time to get to know us and learn what our needs/wants were. She quickly found us several houses to look at and it wasn't long before she found the perfect house for us. Our purchase went very smoothly. We lived 1400 miles away and Tracy made sure we were informed on everything that was happening. Tracy also on many occasions checked in on us just because. We would certainly use her again as a buyer and or seller. She is a genuinely great agent and person.
