James was professional throughout the entire process, took stunning aerial and interior photos of our home, and was always willing to answer our questions candidly and without blowing smoke at us. I appreciated that he was quick to respond to issues, maintained a good line of communication, and partnered us with excellent companies to make the closing process seamless.
