We hired Jaci O'Neill to help with our government move from Atlanta to Corpus Christi. Government moves are tough because of many restraints with time and locations. Jaci was extremely knowledgeable about every area of Corpus Christi including the types of issues each area had. For example, one house we were interested in was in an area know for foundation issues. Sure enough, the house was under construction, fixing a foundation problem. She also knows how to guide you in choosing the best house in terms of future resale.

I can’t recommend Jacqueline enough! My husband and I were looking to buy in corpus, but we were from out of town and not at all familiar with the area. Jacqueline FaceTimed us when she toured homes and gave us such thorough tours. She drove all around surrounding areas on FaceTime to give us an idea of what the area looks like. What I love about her is how honest, transparent, and straightforward she is. She was our champion throughout the whole process. We feel very fortunate that we found such a knowledge, experienced, and trustworthy realtor, especially when moving from out of town. We would definitely work with her again if we need to sell/buy.

Jacqueline O’Neill help me find a home in bayside. My realtor Suzanne from Sullivan hill country property’s in Boerne/canyon lake hill country area referred me to her. She showed me multiple home in different area’s such as: bay side, south side, on the island, and flour bluff. Traveling from the hill country in the Boerne area she was able to coordinate showing so I didn’t have much unused time for long travel. She made it so easy to set up the closing, which happened on time even earlier due to my house I was selling closed faster then expected.

I was going to move to Corpus Christi for my job and needed to find a realtor my wife and I could trust. We went online and looked through various profiles and read reviews of several realtors. We decided that Jaci was the one for us and after speaking with her we knew she would be someone we could trust to help us determine what would be best for us. We have an infant and toddler and weren't sure where we wanted to live, so Jaci took the time to drive through various neighborhoods via facetime to help us have a better understanding of what they had to offer in regards to amenities, trees, types of architecture, etc nearby. She would ask us, "would you want to run or go for a walk here?"... "would you feel safe here?" "do you see the children having fun here?" These questions along with her detailed "tour-guide" remarks helped us get a grasp on the market and what we wanted. The market was really hot and she made sure she saw new listings immediately so that we wouldn't lose the opportunity to buy them.... The home we bought didn't look all that great online but she said that she would go see it and EVERYTHING else with our criteria just to be safe. She even measured the garages to make sure my truck would fit! Once she got to "our" house she called us and said that it was "the one". Sure enough... she was right. The home was WAY better in person and fortunately for us the listing pictures made the home look smaller and not nearly as nice. She was able to submit an offer along with a cover letter & approval letter. We were all surprised and grateful it was accepted, especially because it was a contingency in such a competitive market. Jaci was there throughout the process- she went by a couple times to do measurements, she went by to review the home inspection results with the inspector, she got a landscaping bid, and was always prompt to answer her phone or message us immediately. We love our home and would recommend Jaci to anyone who wants an experienced, hard-working, pleasant, AND trustworthy realtor. She isn't just interested in making a sale, she really cares about her clients.

We found Jaci and Orlando on Youtube and immediately knew that we could trust them. They are full of energy and highly experienced and were able to help us find a home that was "just right" for us. Even though we told them that we could go up to $600K, they discussed various options and provided information that helped us realize that we could get exactly what we needed and wanted for $150,000 less! Unlike other realtors, they never tried to sell us something at the top of our price range, rather they kept trying to help us get the best home at the best price. We lived out of state and had to rely on Jaci & Orlando to facetime us and explain the locations, neighborhoods, and lifestyles may look like in each area... We only had a few days to see the home before returning out of state, but Jaci and Orlando made sure inspections were done and repairs made as needed. We are here now and LOVE our home and are glad to have Jaci and Orland as friends. We definitely would recommend them to represent anyone needing excellent and experienced realtors.
