Isadora is the ultimate professional. She helped me to navigate the home buying process with ease. She has a very pleasant demeanor, and handles all challenging situations with grace. Isadora made me comfortable with every step along the way and offered suggestions such as providing me with the numbers for locksmiths, utility companies, and contractors. I would highly recommend Isadora when choosing a real estate agent. She is simply the best! Thank you to Isadora and her entire team for assisting me in my process.

If you’re moving to the MA/CT area, then I have the realtor for you! As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were nervous about selecting the right realtor for our needs. We spoke with a few different realtors then both agreed that Isadora Sarto seemed like the best choice. She is the greatest! It didn’t matter what time of day or night we contacted her; She was so patient and charismatic from the get-go and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. We started the home buying process with her in mid-January and closed on our house in the beginning of March! Isadora exceeded our expectations and made home ownership a possibility for us. We cannot thank her enough!

Following the successfully conclusion of our home sale process in South Hadley, MA, we cannot say enough good about our experience with seller agent Isadora Sarto! Throughout our complicated sale process, she provided expert, timely and accurate guidance to us. She called everything correctly! Every step of the way she kept us in the loop (excellent communicator) and was always responsive to and patient with our endless questions about the process! Isadora always respectfully considered our inputs and clearly made an effort to include them in the process, making us feel that our home sale experience was truly a "team effort" endeavor. At times, off-hour support was required, and Isadora was generous with her time and responsive to ensure that things continued to move forward during the entire process. We were happy and relieved to be able to take advantage of her strong network of service providers, which included some great recommendations for high quality/reasonably priced home improvement contractors, RE attorney and mover. Overall, Isadora's incredible support was the primary reason why our home sale experience was so fantastic! We highly recommend Isadora to anyone looking for a highly knowledgeable, respectful, realistic and friendly RE professional to guide them through their home purchase or sale process.

Mrs. Isadora Sarto is a true professional. Her outstanding performance and dedication to our home sale was well above and beyond. She successfully helped us find and but our first home in 2017 so we knew we were in good hands and never had any worries. Her sound advice and continuous appraisal of the status kept us fully aware and simply removed all stresses of first time selling a home. She is an absolute wonder and fantastic person. We have been truly blessed to have met her.
