James Hayden is a fantastic agent. Tyre reality is lucky to have him. I called him out of the blue because I was displeased with my current agent. He came to the rescue and was able to not only show me the property on short notice but was able to negotiate a sizeable Price drop. Cord did an awesome job with the sale of our home After we signed the contract to sell the property within less than eight hours we had multiple calls for appointments to view our home and an offer to purchase. Cord was very good about staying in touch and explaining to us how everything was working and what was going to happen next. Like everything is n life there were hiccups along the way but Cord walked us through them, handling everything with perfection and everything worked out just fine. If we were to rate Cord on a scale of 1-10 he would definitely get a 12.

Jordan is knowledgeable and professional. Her work ethic, availability, and clear communication exceeded expectations. Jordan was always quick to respond and addressed our many questions.
