Hector Vidaurre and team member Kimberly Nearon were AMAZING in my first time home buying experience. They worked together in being a combination of everything necessary a person needs in purchasing a new home and making the experience joyful. We found a home in 3 days!!!!! I will absolutely recommend these two to friends, family and associates :)

Hector did an AMAZING, absolutely OUTSTANDING job helping me with the sell of my house in Weston and with finding a place to move into after selling my house. His wonderful expertise in the market’s geographic area was very instrumental in determining a competitive selling price. Hector was very involved in all aspects of the selling and closing of my house. He is very friendly, very helpful, very responsive and is very knowledgeable about the market…how everything worked. My wife and I were looking for an new home in Southern Florida when we met Hector and his team. He provided us many options to look at that were tailored to our wants and needs. We found a home quickly, even in a very tough market. Hector was extremely responsive throughout the process and also partnered us with a finance partner resulting in a two week closing. Absolutely incredible experience !!!
