Heather helped me find and purchase a home here in Spokane. She made the process very smooth and easy even in this crazy market. She was always available to look at a house that I was interested in or to answer all of my questions. I definitely would recommend her to those looking to buy a home!

It was so wonderful to work with Heather for our first home buying experience. Heather gave us ease as we experienced the ups and downs of trying to buy in the current Spokane market. Heather was always ready to show us what we were looking for, and was extremely patient with us trying to figure out exactly what we needed. When it came time to purchasing our now first home, Heather made the process seamless and put all our concerns at ease. This market was really challenging to not give up hope, but Heather helped us push through and got us our beautiful space. If you're looking for a personable, professional, fun, and knowledgeable realtor you would be hard-pressed to find anyone better than Heather.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE A REVIEW. IT TURNED OUT TO BE KIND OF LONG. ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT, I WAS BUYING MY FIRST AND ONLY DREAM HOUSE AND THOUGHT I WAS PREPARED FOR THE PROCESS. I HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH 4 - 6 REALITORS BEFORE I MET HEATHER SCHELLING. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT. HOME SALES WERE BOOMING. ALL THE REALITORS I HAD COME ACROSS MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST A NUMBER. I WAS LOOKING FOR A HOME IN THE RANGE OF $190,000 MAX, WITH A VA LOAN. I WAS WELL AWARE BY THEIR ACTIONS, OR LACK OF ACTIONS OF HELP. MY HOME PURCHASE WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH AND NOT A SIMPLE FIND FOR A VA HOME LOAN. I WAS LOW ON THE TOTEM POLE FOR THEM. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH ME WHEN THERE WERE DOZENS OF OTHERS WITH CASH OR JUST A BIGGER BUDGET TO SPEND ON A HOME. HEATHER A WAS 360 DEGREES DIFFERENCE FROM WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED WITH THE OTHER REALITORS. HER ATTITUDE, ACTIONS AND ENERGY WAS REFRESHING. SHE DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE I WAS A NUMBER. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY, PRIOR TO FINDING MY DREAM HOME, TO AID ME IN MY SEARCH. HER KNOWLEDGE ON THINGS ABOUT HOUSES I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT, GUIDED ME ON MANY THINGS. ONE EXAMPLE IS A HOME I HAD NOT NOTICED THE BOWING OF THE CEILING IN ONE ROOM. IT WAS A SIGN OF OLD WATER DAMAGE. SHE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL ABOUT EVERYTHING. I HAD SO MANY QUESTIONS AND NEEDED A TRUE UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THE LEGAL PAPERWORK REALLY SAID. NOT ONCE FROM BEGINING TO THE END OF OUR JOURNEY DID SHE TIRE FROM HELPING ME, OR AVOID MY CALLS. FROM HER BODY LANGUAGE TO THE SOUND OF HER VOICE. SHE GAVE NOTHING LESS THAN 110%. SHE IS THE PROFESSIONAL I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. BUT I ONLY NEED ONE HOME. WHEN IT WAS ALL DONE, SHE WAS JUST AS HAPPY AS I WAS THAT I FOUND MY DREAM HOME. SHE SHARED IN MY HAPPINESS OF WHAT THIS REALLY MEANT FOR ME. I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH WITH WORDS TO EXPLAIN WHAT A RARE FIND SHE REALLY IS. IF I WERE RICH AND NEEDED ANOTHER HOME OR BUSINESS PROPERTY I WOULD ONLY TRUST HER WITH ALL MY TRANSACTIONS. SHE IS HONORABLE, TRUSTWORTHY AND TRUE TO HER WORDS. HEATHER SCHELLING HAS EARNED MY RESPECT AND TRUST, AND IT IS NOT GIVEN EASILY. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE THIS WILL HELP OTHERS TO FIND THEIR DREAM HOME.

We moved from the Midwest and it was quite a process. Much of our work with Heather Schelling was originally done over the phone and she was always available and willing to help. We came to value Heathers opinions and her input, she never steered us wrong. She is very proficient with the states regulations regarding real estate purchases and was always looking out for our best interests. Don't hesitate if you get a chance to work with Heather, she's awesome.
