I would highly recommend Glenn Yoder. He was very honest and patient with us throughout the sale of our home & purchasing / building our new home. Glenn's laid-back approach made him especially easy and enjoyable to work with throughout our process. His keen knowledge of the real estate market resulted in a quick sale of our home and his attention to detail was most helpful through the construction process. Trustworthiness and competence were important attributes to me when considering a realtor. Glenn Yoder constantly demonstrated both these attributes throughout my experience with him.

Glenn helped us find and close on exactly what we wanted in a crazy time frame. He's surrounded himself with a great team and together, they make the whole process very user friendly. This is a pro, period, not a weekend warrior that forgets to call you back. He's the kind of guy that responds to your calls and emails within an hour no matter what time of day it is and we loved that about him. I'd strongly recommend his services to anyone serious about buying or selling a home.
