Victoria helped us purchase our first home, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we met her in the summer, she stood out by taking a genuine personal interest in us. Victoria took the time to really get to know us and the needs of our family. I was so impressed by the details she remembered like our son’s name, our dealbreakers and stories about past rentals. Victoria is a strong communicator and always responded super fast. We never felt pressured; instead, we felt truly supported every step of the way. In a challenging market, having a realtor who understands the ins and outs of the local area is invaluable. Thanks to Victoria, we found our wonderful home in Kings Park. Victoria was a pleasure to work with; I wish I had more houses to sell! She was so patient with me, answering all my questions in detail. What I really loved about her was her transparency and responsiveness. We made a record by closing on my house in a month and a half!

Buying a home in Nassau County with a newborn could have been overwhelming, but Victoria made it feel manageable and even enjoyable. She was always accommodating to our schedule and understood our needs as a growing family. From the start, she was proactive in narrowing down our search by pointing out features in houses that would not work for us. This saved us so much time and helped us focus only on homes with real potential. She never rushed us at tours or in the process, and always made sure we felt comfortable and confident in every decision. Victoria knows Long Island real estate inside and out. She could identify which parts of a home were extensions or where the utilities were located even when the sellers’ agents did not have the answer. She set honest expectations about our offers, and thanks to her persistence and excellent communication with the sellers’ side, our backup offer became the accepted one. Throughout the closing, she kept everything on track and kept both us and the sellers in the loop. More than anything, she took the time to get to know us as people and truly represented our needs. We felt like we had the best possible advocate in our corner, and we are so grateful to her for helping us find the right home for our family.

Gina was absolutely amazing! Not only was she was very knowledgeable, but kind, empathetic and genuine. My husband passed away and I never dealt with the selling or purchasing of a house but she guided me through it all. She made the entire process so smoothly and handled the purchase of Mt new home in Florida. She's not only a realtor but a friend. I highly recommend her to handle selling or purchasing your home.
