Working alongside daily title transactions, I have seen many realtors come and go, some good, some not so good. Most realtors are portrayed in the eye of the public to be money hungry sharks. This was not the case with Gina. When it came time to buy my own home, I decided to take in Gina as my agent. Being that I had no prior experience with her personally or any other realtor for that matter, I was nervous. She made herself available whenever I needed her, whether it was through a phone call or in person, she was there. She not only stood up for my desires when negotiating, but was successful in doing so. Gina took on all the responsibilities a seasoned realtor should take on and more. She went out of her way to make sure I received the necessary warranties and inspections. She was honest with me from the start; she didn't just tell me things I wanted to hear. If there was a question about the property she wasn't 100% sure of, she made it known to me and sought out the answer that exact moment. These seemingly small but big notions are what make the world of real estate so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend Gina and will continue to use her in the future for my own personal transactions.

I just moved into a home I bought in the San Angelo area through the help of Gina Chaney. I can confidently say that Gina is the only realtor you'll ever need to work with if you're seeking to buy or sell a home in the San Angelo area. I did not originally intend to get a realtor because I thought I could buy a house on my own - I have a doctorate after-all, I thought, how hard could it really be? My lending institution, Veterans United, highly recommended Gina and said they had vetted her after previous customer reviews. I was in for a pleasant surprise when I discovered just how much time and money I ended up saving by working with her! She has decades of experience and patiently educated me on everything I would ever need to know about buying my first home - she even took the time to explain to me how the mortgage process works. Following the home inspection, the sellers were originally unwilling to fix any issues we noted. Although most of these issues were fairly minor, Gina advocated for my best interests better than I ever could have. She rolled up her sleeves and ensured the sellers made virtually all the changes. I can honestly say she easily saved me between $5,000-$10,000, and that's a conservative estimate. What's even better is that because I could trust that she had my best interest at heart, I was able to take a step back while she got down to business and finish planning my wedding (which was held one week after we closed on the home) and complete my grueling residency program. I'd highly recommend Gina to anyone who wants an experienced, honest and tenacious realtor.

My husband and I recently moved from Midland to San Angelo. We didn't know any realtors here so we came into town on a weekend when there were multiple open houses. We met a lot of fine realtors, but when we met Gina at her open house, we knew immediately that she was the one we would choose to help us find a new home. She is very professional and down to earth. She knows the area well and has many good recommendations about everything from restaurants to financing a home to where to buy shutters. She has the experience to help you go through all the hurdles that come up in buying and selling a home. We are thankful for all her help and reassurance in buying our new home.

I can't say enough to describe the great professional & Christian person she is. She went above and beyond to get me into this home I am now in. Even after I moved in her & her husband cleaned up brush that the former owner was suppose to clean. She is very, very knowledgeable about her profession and I was very fortunate to have had her on my side. I was clueless about the whole process. If it wasn't for her things could have gone very wrong & I would not have gotten this house. I thank God for her & her family.
