Simply put, Gail is a real pro with infinite local expertise and frankly is a lovely person to work with and know. We feel very lucky to have worked with her and consider her a wonderful addition to our south shore list of friends. My husband and I greatly benefitted from working with her for our out-of-state relocation back to my home state. We are very appreciative to Gail for sticking with us through our process. In the end, Gail got us into the perfect home and worked very hard to get us the best deal and terms. She is extremely responsive and listens to her clients needs and wants. She honestly doesn't let anything slip through the cracks, and knows her stuff backwards and forwards, which is rare! Her style of concierge-like service is very impressive and made things easy for us. We truly enjoyed working with her and her team and would very readily recommend Gail to anyone looking for an agent in the area.

Gail and her team did everything right for me. They stayed on top of all the details and helped me get the house organized and staged. The sale went smoothly as they guided me through the steps with clear instructions that were easy to follow. They know the market well and are excellent business partners.

House sold in 6 days! Gail and Samantha were great . We were not familiar with using email initially but got more comfortable with it as we went along . we are needy and required much explanation of info , which Gail and Samantha so patiently helped us with.

Gail was a pleasure to work with. In addition to being such a smart, approachable, and sweet person, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy, and savvy when it came to negotiating our offer.
