We found Frank looking at a house we REALLY wanted. We didn’t wind up getting that house :( Instead, we found the house we truly NEEDED! He never let us settle; and, he was quick to secure a contract on our dream home.

Frank and Hilary were a great team to work with. Frank came to our house for a consultation since we didn't know if we wanted to rent or sell our house. He came prepared with information on our area and we made the decision to sell. It was a stressful time but Frank did his best to answer any question we had and guided us along the way as first time sellers. He was extremely detailed oriented and thorough which helped us in a quick closing and a speedy process. I would recommend the King Team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I normally dont write reviews but felt I would be doing a disservice if I did not. As an investor having invested in over 30 plus properties I felt that Frank understood my needs, and understands my position. He himself is a seasoned investor and consultant who understands market trends, consumer behavior, and isnt afraid to push back to get top dollar. His investor mindset really allows for us to collaborate in ways that goes beyond the standard agent. He has been successful at closing many of my deals within a 30 day period (which is highly unlikely in real estate). He is a great negotiator and has over delivered time and time again; receiving multiple offers on deals that are 20-30k over asking. He has high standards and his integrity is impeccable and knows his value!!! I've done 6 deals with Frank this year alone and I look forward to our continued collaboration. You wont be disappointed!

Frank is a Star! He made the entire process from Listing to Close easy and efficient. He is communicative, patient, knowledgeable, and tenacious. He answered the phone whenever called, patiently responded to my questions, thoroughly explained the process and kept every commitment. He was a great partner, and I am so fortunate to have had him as my realtor.
