I cannot recommend the team of Eric and Kathy enough. The two of them work so well together, to the benefit of their clients. Eric helped us navigate both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new home and I will forever be grateful for his knowledge, kindness, expertise, and ability to navigate a challenging situation with the negotiation and purchase of my new home. No matter what time of day, Eric and/or Kathy were available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. I was consistently impressed with the kindness and knowledge of both Eric and Kathy. Do yourself a favor and work with this team if you’re buying or selling to make the process an enjoyable one.

Kathy and Eric are awesome to work with. They made the process of buying a house easy and fun too. Their expertise and knowledge on the whole process is very thorough and were able to simply guide us through each step. They are also very easy to reach out to with any questions at all times around the clock. I really couldn't have asked for anything more, thanks so much, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house!
