When we (my wife and I) first met Eric on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, we were impressed with his professional demeanor, knowledge, and recommendations to improve our chances of selling our home. That first impression was borne out through our entire relationship. He would always return our calls promptly and assist us in any way he could. He is the best relator we have ever known in our 49 years of marriage and six (6) home changes in five states. We would refer Eric to any of our friends and/or relatives for his expertise and recommendations.

I had switched to Eric after using another realtor. From day one, Eric was very proactive in his efforts to sell my home. He was very communicative throughout the process and I'm convinced that my home sold thanks to Eric's efforts. Should I ever move back into the area and need to buy a home, Eric will be first choice. If anyone in the Dallas, PA area needs to buy or sell a home, I would recommend they at the very least talk to Eric.

Eric McDermott is a fantastic realtor. While househunting, I used several before deciding to stick with him. My particular situation made my process a bit more unusual and made me a very indecisive purchaser. However, he treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted and needed and helped me through the process. I highly recommend him for any part of the home purchasing process.

We met Eric in May 2016 when he showed us an all brick ranch home that we were interested in buying. He made the entire experience as easy as possible for us from the showing thru the inspection process and the closing. We were able to move into our new home in 3 weeks. So when it became time to sell our old home we didn't hesitate to call on Eric to help us sell it. Again Eric helped us thru the entire process. We especially liked the virtual tour of our old home he created with a special camera which we believe attracted buyers immediately. Eric listed our house on Jan. 6th and in 5 days we had a buyer and Eric helped us thru the inspection process etc. and we closed on March 6th. We highly recommend Eric to anyone who is buying or selling a home. Thank you Eric.

Eric helped me find the perfect home. Working with Eric really was a great experience for me in so many ways. Eric has a great understanding of the real estate market and was able to teach me a lot as we looked at a number properties before finding the perfect one. Eric was excellent about setting up appointments as soon as possible to make sure I had the best shot on any new listings and was very prompt with all communications throughout the process of putting bids on several houses. If you’re in the market for a zero pressure agent who has a fun personality this is your guy. Highly recommend.
