Working with Eric Lindsey of Lindsey and Associates as my buying agent was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We looked at various properties, from multi- to single-family homes, and explored several strategies to find the right one that fit my needs and budget. Eric's depth of knowledge in every aspect of real estate was truly impressive. He not only brought that expertise to the table but also had an incredible network of professionals who will support you and guide you every step of the way. What stood out the most was Eric’s patience and dedication. Throughout the several months we worked together, we faced nearly every challenge possible in real estate, from tough negotiations to unique property situations. Eric’s calm, communicative, and always-positive approach made the process manageable. He accompanied me to inspections, arranged for experts to review properties, and was always just a phone call away when I needed advice or reassurance. In the end, after a long and complex process, I was able to close on my home, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Eric’s support. I’m so grateful for his guidance and hard work, and when I’m ready to buy my next home, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Eric and his team again.

Eric was absolutely vital in the closing of the sale of my house! He went above and beyond in every single thing he did from preparation to negotiation to the final walkthrough on the day of closing. If not for him I know for a fact my house would either still be on the market or I would have had to have sold it well under what I got for it. Coordinating the sale of a house in Massachusetts while living in Virginia is a logistical nightmare, but Eric made the process smooth and got it done in fantastic time. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!!!

A++. OUTSTANDING!! Eric Lindsey is, without a doubt, one of the BEST brokers in Boston (and the surrounding areas). His market knowledge, experience, people skills, diligence, and overall calm personality were key to a difficult commercial deal we recently closed. Crystal did and amazing job selling my auntie and uncle house. She absolutely went above and beyond to get the best deal for my family. This was an older couple who is clueless of the process. She worked so hard on their behalf and obtained the best deal. She was a pleasure to work with and I feel like she really cares about her clients. What a joy to work with this extremely intelligent woman. I wish more realtors had her skill set and caring heart.

Eric is the best! His knowledge, expertise, guidance, and professionalism are second to none. As a first time homebuyer, he took all the stress and worry out of the process. He guided me the entire way and negotiated an amazing deal on my behalf - not only on purchase price but also on concessions and upgrades. His communication could not be any better - he replies immediately and always has an answer or solution. If you are looking for a realtor who can get the job done all the while advocating on your behalf, then look no further. I am very grateful to Eric for finding me my dream home!!
