Eric helped me buy the house I am in now. The information was always there, the suggestions useful, and the paperwork well presented. This purchase went very well so I had him help me sell my old place. This sale was more complicated but Eric made it go smoothly, the problems dealt with quickly and easily. Buyer and seller brought to agreement with aplomb. I would highly recommend Eric to help with your property acquisition or sale.

Eric went above and beyond in selling our home and helping us get into our dream forever home. He was very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He definitely made buying and selling a home an easy experience for me and he always set my mind at ease. He is definitely a person who makes you feel as though you are his only client. He is an ace in the hole for us because he personally cares about his clients and he is about helping you find what is right for you. Professional, uplifting, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and down to earth is how I describe Eric. If we had to do it all over again we I would defiantly call him.

Eric helped my wife and I buy our first Home, and Eric was very informative and very friendly. Anytime I had any questions or wanted to go see a house he made sure to always be available and make time for us. I would highly recommend using Eric to help you buy your home.
