I cannot speak more highly of Liz and the entire team she has put together. I was a first-time seller and had soooomuch anxiety about the process. I asked for agent recommendations on a local group, and Liz was one of the most frequently mentioned. She was one of six agents I asked to interview, asking each one 20+ questions. Liz was by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and—most importantly to me—honest. I knew within seconds of meeting her in person that I had made the right decision. During our first meeting, I specifically asked to be told the “worst-case scenario” in every situation. Sounds dramatic, I know—but Liz didn’t even blink at my request. And true to her word, she gave me just that, every step of the way. We officially closed today, and not once did I feel unsupported or unprepared for what was coming next. I also had the pleasure of meeting a few members of her team—each one just as helpful and sincere. I truly don’t think I could’ve found anyone better. I’m now starting the search for a new house and have no doubt that Liz will do everything in her power to make it as easy as possible. Thank you Team Schmidtberger!!!!

I have bought and sold two homes with Elizabeth from TS Realty... I wouldn't go through the process with anyone else. She is a no nonsense, amazing, honest, get things done woman. There were things that went wrong I didn't know about until they were taken care of. She makes a stressful process as easy as possible.

Elizabeth far exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond, answering/returning every call promptly and stayed on top of my deal from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and found my house 6 hours after it hit the market. She was a huge help even after the deal closed because she truly cares. She’s a dynamo and great at what she does! I recommend her highly!

We listed our home with Elizabeth in 2022. She might be an amazing buyer agent but as sellers (who moved out of the area) we had a hard time getting feedback and information from her throughout the process. We used her recommended cleaner for a post move deep clean and she approved the work/cleaning (so she said) and showed and sold the house not the cleanliness we expected as a professional and when we brought it to her attention nothing was done. We often felt she was with holding information and or not passing along information throughout the process. Towards the end of closing we just didn't trust anything she told us. She promised he would mow the yard before the closing (8 weeks empty) and it was delayed and only half done at the time of the sale (she definitely was not expecting one of us to go up and check everything out the day before the scheduled closing). Dealing with 2 realtors at the same time it was just a night and day difference in the level of service and communication between the two. Elizabeth did not call us or offer much communication as the deal got iffy towards the end and let the whole thing fall out of contract at the closing. Post selling she just texted let us it was funded but has not communicated further since. After a few days post sale we finally had to reached out to the buyers agent to get the utilities and internet equipment switched over due to her lack of response. Hindsight being 20/20 we definitely feel we lost out of $$$$ because of her representation, communication, and handling of the sell.

Elizabeth is a fantastic realtor and an even more incredible person! She goes above and beyond to make sure you find the home you love. She is always available and positive. We searched for a home for months and she was helpful and kind through the months of this crazy market. Dedicated, outgoing, knowledgeable and absolutely the best! Thank you Elizabeth!
