Elizabeth far exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond, answering/returning every call promptly and stayed on top of my deal from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and found my house 6 hours after it hit the market. She was a huge help even after the deal closed because she truly cares. She’s a dynamo and great at what she does! I recommend her highly!

We listed our home with Elizabeth in 2022. She might be an amazing buyer agent but as sellers (who moved out of the area) we had a hard time getting feedback and information from her throughout the process. We used her recommended cleaner for a post move deep clean and she approved the work/cleaning (so she said) and showed and sold the house not the cleanliness we expected as a professional and when we brought it to her attention nothing was done. We often felt she was with holding information and or not passing along information throughout the process. Towards the end of closing we just didn't trust anything she told us. She promised he would mow the yard before the closing (8 weeks empty) and it was delayed and only half done at the time of the sale (she definitely was not expecting one of us to go up and check everything out the day before the scheduled closing). Dealing with 2 realtors at the same time it was just a night and day difference in the level of service and communication between the two. Elizabeth did not call us or offer much communication as the deal got iffy towards the end and let the whole thing fall out of contract at the closing. Post selling she just texted let us it was funded but has not communicated further since. After a few days post sale we finally had to reached out to the buyers agent to get the utilities and internet equipment switched over due to her lack of response. Hindsight being 20/20 we definitely feel we lost out of $$$$ because of her representation, communication, and handling of the sell.

Elizabeth is a fantastic realtor and an even more incredible person! She goes above and beyond to make sure you find the home you love. She is always available and positive. We searched for a home for months and she was helpful and kind through the months of this crazy market. Dedicated, outgoing, knowledgeable and absolutely the best! Thank you Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is THE BEST. Hands down, no contest, absolute best. You want to work with her. She always had the answer or gets it faster than you could ever get it yourself. She knows somebody for everything, and in the home buying process you should be ready to need somebody for something. She is honest and friendly and became part of the family. We went from talking for the first time to meeting and putting an offer on our first home in three days. We closed on it and I can't thank her enough. We'd heard horror stories and had our own bad experiences with trying to buy a home and she made it nearly painless. We used the lender she recommended and were blown away by him, too. Really stellar. Full of integrity. 10/10

To Elizabeth: I just wanted to take a moment to thank you soooooo much for the “above mark” service you provided for the sale of the house on Sunflower. I have to say, you were a joy to work with. From our initial phone conversations, thru the last days of closing, I always felt you were “in step”, every minute. You guided me thru every step, and were the key player in getting things lined up so the house was in a good “place” to sell. A few things that I have noticed with you: 1) Integrity. You are always upfront. You always convey what’s going on, and I trust your word. A hard thing, sometimes in your business. 2) Conscientious. I appreciated your concern for all parties involved in the transaction. From the laborers on site, to me, to the buyers. I felt you always were looking out for my best interest (from setting the price on the home, to getting the roof repaired, to referring a RE agent in Houston for my home search). 3) Organized and you know your business! You are connected in Lockhart, and know the folks to get things done. The transaction was methodical and controlled. No surprises. The transaction went basically according to script. 4) Communicative: WOW, always available. Always cheerful. Always left having a good feeling about the process after talking to you. 5) GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I know it’s not a realtors job to act as a contractor to make improvements on a listing. And no one should expect you to. But in this case, as an absentee landlord, I needed that assistance. I appreciated your partnership in finding & aligning contractors to come to property. I could have not done it without someone of your caliber. You took a tremendous weight off my shoulders and let me focus on my work, vs this transaction. On top of it, mowing the lawn to keep the house presentable…way above your responsibilities, and it WAS APPRECIATED (and too your family for making this happen).
