We were working with a another realistate agent inside the same company and we were happy with our experience with her. Edwin took over after a bad experience with the seller. Our next home we began to look at Edwin was very accommodating and extremely nice to us. He listened to our needs and was very good a negotiating on our behalf. On his part Edwin did every thing possible to help us out. We had a bad expirience with our financer and we were not able to take advantage of everything that he negotiated for us on our behalf however Edwin decided to go completely out of his way and make it right for us out of his own pocket. Great realitor and extremely kind and Caring 10/10 expirience with his services

Edwin was so personable with us. He took the time to help us find just the right house that fit our needs and wants. He negotiated amazingly with the seller and helped us every step of the way. He made the process of being a first time home buyer be a lot less stressful.
