Desiree is an excellent real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the homebuying process, and as a first time homebuyer she was an invaluable resource. The process of purchasing my home was a bit more challenging than usual, and Desiree took everything by stride and helped see it all through to the end. She had great recommendations, was always very responsive to emails, texts, or calls, and did a great job coaching me through the process and soothing my worries! She did a lot of work, was very well organized, and was, overall, incredibly helpful. I greatly appreciate everything Desiree has done as my agent. She did a stellar job, and I highly recommend her.

Desiree Libby has helped my husband and I with numerous real estate transactions including the purchase of our first home. With the listing agent on vacation, Desiree assisted her fellow realtor by seeing us through the entire process. Desiree is a true professional in her field as well as a pleasure to work with. She has sold two properties for me and acted as a buyers agent for one. She has also provided expert advice on properties that I've considered purchasing and selling. In all transactions, Desiree has been a calm, focused and professional resource. Desiree is a jewel to work with! Responsive to emails or phone calls, works diligently to obtain and provide all relevant information to the prospective buyer. She has substantial knowledge of her market area, and is personable and willing to work long hours on behalf of her clients. I was interested in several properties in Somerset County; Desiree knew exactly where each property was and the details concerning it. We spent most of a whole day visiting properties 20+ miles from each other without any hesitation from Desiree. She has maintained contact and sent updates on the visited properties in addition to sending information as new listings appeared. As a Realtor (retired) I especially appreciate agents like Desiree, who is a credit to her agency, sellers and buyers alike.

I found Desiree to be very thoughtful of her clients, making sure all their needs are met. As a home inspector, my clients always come first and Desiree appreciates and truly understand that fact. If I was looking for a home in Skowhegan or the surrounding area, Desiree would be the realtor I would contact first.
