For years, my wife has wanted to return "home" to the Waterville, ME area. The time was finally right for us to purchase a home and relocate to a house on one of the Belgrade Lakes. We were referred to Steve through USAA. Even though we lived over 800 miles away, Steve made the process extremely easy. He met with us on short notice on a holiday weekend, was very responsive whenever we had a question, and "cracked the whip" when dealing with a difficult selling agent and loan processor. This is the 4th house that we have bought and Steve is by far the best agent that we have dealt with! We love our place on Long Pond! I would highly recommend Steve for any of your real estate needs!

Steve came recommended by a program through our bank, USAA. We are highly satisfied with his professionalism and attentiveness to us during the process of finding and purchasing our home. He was available to us whenever we needed him, and kept everything moving along smoothly. He understood our individual wants/needs and made us feel very comfortable asking questions and kept us calm when problems came up. We used a VA loan and that process can always be a bit more complex and sometimes difficult. He was very reliable and knowledgeable and we would without a doubt recommend him to others.
